RPA Developer
Job Description
The RPA Developer leverages intelligent automation technologies and various toolsets to develop complex robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to existing business processes. The successful candidate is responsible for ensuring that designed automation provides the required results through testing, monitoring, technical support, and continued process optimization.
Responsibilities
• Adopt design principles that drive high reusability, maintainability, and scalability to design and configure new RPA processes and objects in the RPA tool
• Support existing production automation and implementation of automation revisions
• Ensures timely, effective, and quality delivery of bots with minimum discovered defects
• Collaborative work with team members to ensure all work is adequately tested, secure, and functional
• Collaborative work with team members to diagnose, identify, and remediate issues and defects
• Must have excellent attention to detail and be committed to delivering quality results
• Assist in analyzing and documenting requirements, testing, and other design artifacts
• Assist with maintaining documentation in the context of a change management process
• Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time
Skills and Experience
• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere A360 (preferred), UIPath, Blue Prism)
• Experience in Automation Anywhere control room activities, including workflow queues, device pools, credential lockers, etc.
• Experience in integrating RPA with external applications using APIs as required
• Experience with relational databases, SQL query development, and testing
• Experience working with technical documentation; PDD, SDD, and end-user documentation preferred
• Experience with agile development methodology
• Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed
• Willingness and Capability to learn new technologies quickly
• Python and/or Selenium experience a plus

Warehouse Lending Operations
OptiFunder’s Warehouse Lending Operations Analyst represents a unique opportunity for the right candidate who will be exposed to a broad range of functions with a primary focus on helping our clients optimize the use of multiple warehouse funding facilities through OptiFunder’s WMS technologies while providing value and service to our platform partners. This is a collaborative role where the Operations Analyst will be highly engaged with the customer with full visibility of the OptiFunder’s span of business activities and will work closely alongside the rest of the firm’s associates and leadership.

As a Product Analyst supporting client on-boarding and support services, you’ll deliver first-to-market, advanced technology to independent mortgage originators to transform their funding process. You’ll regularly work with clients, project managers, subject matter experts and other analysts in the development and delivery of automated solutions that measurably improve performance. Using workflow tools, document recognition and machine learning, you’ll play a critical role in creating a rules-based environment that leverages the combined power of technology and industry expertise in delighting our clients.

Senior Data Scientist
This candidate should have a deep knowledge and experience in Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Optimization algorithms. This role is responsible for scaling, enhancing and maintaining existing models within our software. He or she will lead end-to-end execution of our data science efforts, driving development of deep analytical methodologies, from hypothesis development to scaled production. The ideal candidate will be passionate about exploring and leading development and implementation of advanced analytics capabilities, including predictive analytics, cognitive technology, ML/AI, and automation. Role requires continuous and relentless learning to stay updated to latest industry and analytics trends.
