Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead OptiFunder software implementation projects from kick-off through post-implementation. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent client projects and enjoys building strong client relationships, creating clarity and accountability, and driving successful outcomes. This role partners closely with clients and cross-functional teams while providing clear
project visibility, fostering stakeholder alignment and ensuring successful delivery.
Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent OptiFunder implementations from sales handoff through go-live and transition to support.
• Establish and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and reporting to provide clear visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, go-live readiness, and overall project health.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and assumptions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, driving alignment, and decision making.
• Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to drive accountability and achieve project objectives.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, steering committees and status meetings.
• Ensure successful testing, go-live planning, deployment and transition to support.
• Effectively capture and maintain multiple workstreams with varying levels of complexity.
• Contribute to implementation methodology enhancements and PMO best practices.
• Maintain subject matter expertise of OptiFunder products and services through training and self-study.
Skills and Experience
• 5+ years of project management experience, including enterprise software implementations
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-level of customer satisfaction.
• Experience managing software implementations and integrations.
• Experience with mortgage technology platforms including Loan Origination Systems, Document Custodians and/or Warehouse Lending Systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to document project assumptions, risks, and timelines clearly for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems where limited documentation exists.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with mortgage technology platforms including Loan Origination Systems, Document Custodians and/or Warehouse Lending Systems preferred.

Warehouse Lending Operations
OptiFunder’s Warehouse Lending Operations Analyst represents a unique opportunity for the right candidate who will be exposed to a broad range of functions with a primary focus on helping our clients optimize the use of multiple warehouse funding facilities through OptiFunder’s WMS technologies while providing value and service to our platform partners. This is a collaborative role where the Operations Analyst will be highly engaged with the customer with full visibility of the OptiFunder’s span of business activities and will work closely alongside the rest of the firm’s associates and leadership.

As a Product Analyst supporting client on-boarding and support services, you’ll deliver first-to-market, advanced technology to independent mortgage originators to transform their funding process. You’ll regularly work with clients, project managers, subject matter experts and other analysts in the development and delivery of automated solutions that measurably improve performance. Using workflow tools, document recognition and machine learning, you’ll play a critical role in creating a rules-based environment that leverages the combined power of technology and industry expertise in delighting our clients.
RPA Developer
The RPA Developer leverages intelligent automation technologies and various toolsets to develop complex robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to existing business processes. The successful candidate is responsible for ensuring designed automations are providing the required results through testing, monitoring, technical support, and continued process optimization.
Senior Data Scientist
This candidate should have a deep knowledge and experience in Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Optimization algorithms. This role is responsible for scaling, enhancing and maintaining existing models within our software. He or she will lead end-to-end execution of our data science efforts, driving development of deep analytical methodologies, from hypothesis development to scaled production. The ideal candidate will be passionate about exploring and leading development and implementation of advanced analytics capabilities, including predictive analytics, cognitive technology, ML/AI, and automation. Role requires continuous and relentless learning to stay updated to latest industry and analytics trends.
