Warehouse Lending Operations
OptiFunder’s Warehouse Lending Operations Analyst represents a unique opportunity for the right candidate who will be exposed to a broad range of functions with a primary focus on helping our clients optimize the use of multiple warehouse funding facilities through OptiFunder’s WMS technologies while providing value and service to our platform partners. This is a collaborative role where the Operations Analyst will be highly engaged with the customer with full visibility of the OptiFunder’s span of business activities and will work closely alongside the rest of the firm’s associates and leadership.
Product Analyst - Configuration
As a Product Analyst supporting client on-boarding and support services, you’ll deliver first-to-market, advanced technology to independent mortgage originators to transform their funding process. You’ll regularly work with clients, project managers, subject matter experts and other analysts in the development and delivery of automated solutions that measurably improve performance. Using workflow tools, document recognition and machine learning, you’ll play a critical role in creating a rules-based environment that leverages the combined power of technology and industry expertise in delighting our clients.
RPA Developer
The RPA Developer leverages intelligent automation technologies and various toolsets to develop complex robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to existing business processes. The successful candidate is responsible for ensuring designed automations are providing the required results through testing, monitoring, technical support, and continued process optimization.
Senior Data Scientist
This candidate should have a deep knowledge and experience in Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Optimization algorithms. This role is responsible for scaling, enhancing and maintaining existing models within our software. He or she will lead end-to-end execution of our data science efforts, driving development of deep analytical methodologies, from hypothesis development to scaled production. The ideal candidate will be passionate about exploring and leading development and implementation of advanced analytics capabilities, including predictive analytics, cognitive technology, ML/AI, and automation. Role requires continuous and relentless learning to stay updated to latest industry and analytics trends.
VP, Administration
The Vice President of Administration is a senior leadership role responsible for managing and optimizing core operational functions, including Human Resources, Recruiting, Training, Benefits, Payroll, and Tax. This role demands a strategic and hands-on leader who can design, implement, and oversee administrative processes that drive efficiency, compliance, and scalability. The VP of Administration will work closely with senior executives to ensure these functions align with the company’s strategic objectives, fostering a high-performing and people-focused culture. Senior Implementation Manager
The Implementation Manager is primarily responsible for engaging new clients and focuses on planning, leading, and controlling the Implementation of OptiFunder systems from beginning to end. Using industry knowledge and expertise, the Implementation Manager will continuously enhance the experience and efficiency of the implementation process. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience within the Mortgage Industry and familiarity with industry-leading technology platforms, including Loan Origination Systems.

The Senior Product Analyst is a financial industry professional excited to bring optimization and automation to clients and improve the mortgage ecosystem. The person in this role will eagerly roll up their sleeves to master our system and can’t wait to work with clients to configure and bring each instance to life. With at least 7 years of related experience, the Senior Product Analyst will be equipped with foundational knowledge, specialized skills, and a desire to lead and support colleagues in his/her/their area of focus.

In this position you will work directly with our team of Software, QA, Data, and DevOps team members to expand and support the OptiFunder platform and integrations with leading loan origination systems, warehouse lenders, and secondary market investors.
The successful candidate is familiar with full-stack development and thrives working within a fast-moving startup environment. Candidates should be eager to embrace ownership and accountability in day-to-day software engineering and will help design, code, test, debug, document, and implement changes to new and existing software products from vision board to product ready systems.

This is a collaborative role where the Operations Specialist will establish themselves as subject matter expert and be highly engaged with the customer with full visibility of the OptiFunder’s span of business activities and will work closely alongside the rest of the firm’s associates and leadership.
