What is the dress code for the Employee Summit?

Business casual attire is recommended for the summit. Comfortable clothing is encouraged for team-building activities at Dave & Busters.

Is there transportation provided from the airport to the hotel?

Yes, complimentary shuttle service is available from O'Hare International Airport to the Renaissance Chicago O'Hare Suites hotel. Please download the shuttle schedule for pickup times and locations.

Are there vegetarian or vegan meal options available during the summit?

Yes, vegetarian and vegan meal options will be available during the welcome lunch and dinner events. Please indicate dietary preferences on your RSVP form.

Can I bring a plus one to the Employee Summit?

This is an employee-only event. The summit is designed for team collaboration and internal meetings, so plus-ones are not permitted.

Can I upgrade my transportation?

OptiFunder will cover basic flights/transportation for all employees. Employees are welcome to upgrade their transportation at their own cost after reservations have been made. Employees are responsible for making their own changes to their flights.
